Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Spotting Along With Negative UPT?

I am currently taking tegretol and celexa and doxepin. I have never missed a period and had very light spotting for only 3 days a week after my period should have started. ive taken two pregnancy tests over the counter both showing negative. will any of these medications show a negative when I am really positive?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having scanty period.
And as pregnancy test is negative chances of having pregnancy is less likely.
But to be on safe side go for blood HCG test to rule out pregnancy.
Ok and take care.
